JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fulfill orders and service customers in the region
- Contact person between customers, transport companies etc
- Issue invoices, purchase orders, freight quotes and other documents
- Follow up payments and monitor payment status
- Register new customers and new products in database
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum degree in any field
- At least 1 year experience as sales coordinator/order processing/logistics
- Able to speak, read and write in fluent Japanese. Minimum JLPT N2 level
