JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fulfill orders and service customers in the region
  • Contact person between customers, transport companies etc
  • Issue invoices, purchase orders, freight quotes and other documents 
  • Follow up payments and monitor payment status
  • Register new customers and new products in database

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum degree in any field
  • At least 1 year experience as sales coordinator/order processing/logistics
  • Able to speak, read and write in fluent Japanese. Minimum JLPT N2 level
