Electrical equipment manufacturing company is looking for Japanese Speaker to join their human resource team with the responsibilities below: 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the talent acquisition process which may include recruitment, interview and hiring of company employee.
  • Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to endure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.
  • Responsible to manage and monitor the foreign worker affairs.
  • Liaise with company HQ in Japan when necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources.
  • Or equivalent with minimum 3 years experiences as HR or Admin management staff.
  • Able to speak, read and write Japanese.
  • Having experience working in manufacturing environments is a plus.
