JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the talent acquisition process which may include recruitment, interview and hiring of company employee.
- Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to endure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.
- Responsible to manage and monitor the foreign worker affairs.
- Liaise with company HQ in Japan when necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources.
- Or equivalent with minimum 3 years experiences as HR or Admin management staff.
- Able to speak, read and write Japanese.
- Having experience working in manufacturing environments is a plus.
