Job Description:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 Exchange Online services, including user provisioning, mailbox management, permissions, and distribution groups.
- Monitor and ensure email flow, availability, and security within Exchange Online.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Exchange Online-related issues and provide support to end-users.
- Support responsibilities extend beyond emails to include areas such as inquiries, invoicing, etc. A broad range of knowledge is required, and most tasks are not routine.
- Administer and manage SharePoint Online environment, including site collection administration, permissions, content types, and metadata.
- Perform regular backups, updates, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft 365 services with other applications and systems to enhance productivity and streamline business processes.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Monitor and analyze security logs, implement security patches, and respond to security incidents related to Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
- Develop and provide training programs and materials to educate end-users on Microsoft 365 Exchange Online and SharePoint Online features and best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Japanese proficiency, possess at least JLPT N2 or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administering Microsoft 365 Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration, PowerShell scripting, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of email systems, email routing, and email security.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to email and document management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate is a plus
- Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Teams integration and administration is a plus
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and related technologies is a plus
