JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary maintenance and engineering team, ensuring clear structure, accountability, and performance.
- Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for process equipment, utilities, facilities, and infrastructure.
- Provide strong people leadership, including manpower planning, team development, performance control, and succession planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance systems, tools, planning, and reliability.
- Collaborate with production and management teams to support operational stability and plant improvement projects.
- Manage departmental budget, spare parts strategy, contractors, and capital improvement planning.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years department-level leadership
