JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary maintenance and engineering team, ensuring clear structure, accountability, and performance.
Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for process equipment, utilities, facilities, and infrastructure.
Provide strong people leadership, including manpower planning, team development, performance control, and succession planning.
Drive continuous improvement in maintenance systems, tools, planning, and reliability.
Collaborate with production and management teams to support operational stability and plant improvement projects.
Manage departmental budget, spare parts strategy, contractors, and capital improvement planning.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Minimum 5 years department-level leadership
