Our client is currently seeking a Manufacturing Manager with strong knowledge in Box Build to join their esteemed organization.
Job Descriptions
- Manage end-to-end box build manufacturing including assembly, integration, test, and shipment of semiconductor equipment.
- Ensure production efficiency, quality, cost, delivery, and safety targets are met while driving continuous improvement, capacity readiness, and compliance with Semiconductor industry standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain on DFM, ECO implementation, and material readiness.
- Track and monitor key KPIs, including on-time delivery, first-pass yield, cycle time, and productivity.
Lead Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives to improve quality productivity, yield, and cost.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Min 8–12 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a management role.
- Metal box build assembly experience, such as Power Box, PDU, semiconductor industrial metal box build assembly.
- Understanding of metal welding, coating, plating, and metal box build product drawing requirements.
- Understanding of box build electrical, functionality testing equipment, and procedure.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing principles, process improvement methodologies & problem-solving skills
- Experience with high-mix, low-volume production environments.
- Experience in using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo software.
- Strong proficiency in GD&T is required.
