An established food and supply chain solutions provider is looking for a Marketing Manager to support the sales team to lead the company’s overall marketing strategy and execution.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and grow company's inhouse brands across multiple categories and channels.
Collaborate with the Sales Management Team to develop and execute trade marketing and promotional plans for Retail and Foodservice segments throughout Malaysia.
Support the marketing and activation needs of agency brands represented by the company.
Lead market research and category analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Uphold company’s corporate branding and communication standards across all channels.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5- 7 years’ experience in FMCG marketing, preferably with exposure to distributor, agency, or principal-side operations.
Strong analytical and project-management skills; able to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
Hands-on, collaborative, and commercially driven personality.
Passion for food, brand growth, and delivering results through partnership and innovation.
