JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
Pre & Post-sales technical support, network maintenance, and issue handling.
Perform as Technical Director to lead Technical teams on overall telecommunication network maintenance, including but not limited to customer communication and issue handling, routine maintenance operations execution (Software Update, Health Check, Rectification & Precaution, License Management, EOS Management etc), Special maintenance action execution etc.
Main responsibility IP network maintenance technical management and solution optimization.
Technical Team target, progress and performance management.
Have a strong personal interest in developing self-professional competencies and skills.
Customer service oriented and good presentation skill.
Able to work in fast pace working environment. Excellent team spirit with good communication and interpersonal skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Pre & Post-sales technical support, network maintenance, and issue handling.
Minimum 5 years or above of telecommunication project implementation/network planning/Maintenance/Cutover experience in Core Network.
Prefer to have network device operation & maintenance skills and experience.
Require CCNA/CCNP/CCIE certification and relative IT certifications
Good technical knowledge of IP network product areas, feature specifications, testing requirements. Such as following area: MPLS, L2VPN / L3VPN, MP-BGP, OSPF, BFD, etc.. Knowledge in tools is an added advantages such as python, any others programing as improve on efficiency.
Familiar with Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, PPT etc
(Prefer but not require) Software development ability, familar with programming language like Java, JS, Python etc.
Familiar with multi-Vendor Datacom Network/Carrier Product with Third Party system.
Provide technical solution and hands-on support on IP Network.
Outstanding communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers and personnel.
Excellent Leadership, able to work in fast pace working environment. Excellent team spirit with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Business travels to support projects will be required and Strong technical knowledge of core network product areas, feature specifications, testing requirements.
Customer service oriented and good presentation skill.
