JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Driving the pricing roadmap in liason with the APAC Commercial teams to drive growth
- Develop, evaluate, and implement pricing strategy and discounting controls for the region
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, training material and pricing procedures to ensure compliance to pricing strategy and business processes
- Extract, consolidate, track, and analyze various sources of data to provide sales team with meaningful and actionable data visualizations
- Pricing-related business process improvement across Commercial Operations
- Work closely with regional and global stakeholders to set up and improve performance management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Business, Accounting, or related field
- 5 years’ work experience in pricing, analytics, consultancy, or related field
- High proficiency in using Microsoft Excel functions
- Fast learner of new tools; experience with CRM software e.g., Salesforce, ERP e.g., Oracle or SAP, and analytics tools, e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python, R preferred
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of commercial environment
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, able to understand and interpret customer needs and organizational gaps and translate them into opportunities and requirements
- Strong matrix and teamworking skills in a cross-functional, global, and multi-cultural environment
