The Product Management Manager focuses on building a competitive product portfolio by leading strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement to achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic product roadmaps by planning product improvements and portfolio expansion aligned with business goals.
Manage product lifecycle decisions, including launches, extensions, and discontinuations to ensure profitability.
Lead stakeholder and supplier engagement through effective negotiations and collaboration for timely, profitable delivery.
Set product communication direction for marketing and training materials to strengthen product knowledge across teams.
Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for product development.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Economics, or related fields.
Professional certifications in Data Analytics or Product Management are an added advantage.
Minimum 8 years of working experience in product strategy/management, business analysis, or strategic planning.
Preferably experienced in household and home appliances.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
