Job Overview
The Retail Manager oversees nationwide retail operations and new store expansion to ensure high‑performing outlets, exceptional customer experiences, and strong alignment with a premium brand identity.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily retail operations and store performance to ensure efficiency, compliance, and achievement of sales and profitability KPIs.
- Drive retail expansion projects, including site sourcing, leasing, store design, build, and launch execution to support national growth plans.
- Lead and develop Store Managers and retail teams through recruitment, training, mentorship, and performance management.
Enhance customer experience and uphold brand standards through service excellence, store presentation, and retail campaign execution.
Oversee retail project budgets and operational efficiency, ensuring stores meet financial targets and operational SOPs.
Job Requirements
- 7–10 years of retail management experience, ideally managing multiple stores.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in retail operations, SOPs, performance management, and sales analysis.
- Skilled in project management and cross‑functional coordination, especially for retail expansion.
- Background in premium, lifestyle, consumer electronics, or home appliance retail (preferred).
