JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executes the process operations strategy to alignment with company's established policies, standards, goals and objectives.
- Safely supports continuously available and reliable delivery of products to customers, at an optimum cost of production.
- Drive continuous improvement of assets, work processes and people capabilities to maximize business profitability.
- Provides management guidance, coaching, and mentorship for Production Executive and shift tech team
- Promote a culture of openness, willingness to contribute, mutual learning, continuous improvement, and innovation across functions / organization boundaries to achieve competitive advantage in the market
- Foster / drive collaboration across functions and organization boundaries
- Perform plant start-ups (if ROC is unable to do so)
- Leads implementation of the corrective actions & closure from the audits, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Alerts & Directives
- Leads the use of adequate means (eg Personal Protective Equipment, handtools, software, instructions etc) to perform safely & effectively
- Develops site operations procedure and technical documentation and owns this process.
- Uses ASU knowledge to support troubleshooting processes associated with process upsets or unplanned shutdowns.
- Acts as Process Safety Lead
- Lead the definition and implementation of improvements related to the Reliability (eg. Smart IO, Reliability Audit & RCA, Lesson Learn from Reliability Event (LFRE) implementation and etc)
- Uses ASU knowledge to support troubleshooting processes associated with process upsets or unplanned shutdowns.Supports the development of ASU turnaround scope and turnaround execution planning.
- Lead and support the Automation Related Maintenance & Troubleshooting, including DCS, PLC logic and etc
- Lead the Maintenance activity related to Custody Meter
- Identifies and proposes safety, reliability and efficiency improvement projects, leads scope development and business case approval (as applicable) and leads execution of projects.
- Propose projects to add / modify assets to meet the customer demand in the most profitable way and ensure that the intended results are delivered.Lead in gathering of operational data & requirements (eg
- ambient conditions, utility availability, customer consumption & demand pattern, staffing, local scope & associated cost etc) for new projects.
- Works with project engineer to execute local project scope
- Lead in the Modification of Change (MOC) process and owns this process

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical or related Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of operations and/or maintenance experience in ASU or related continuous processing plant environment
