JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily Production Operations: Manage scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and workflow to ensure efficient day‑to‑day production output.
- Compliance with Food Safety Standards: Enforce FSSC, HACCP, GMP, Halal, and quality assurance requirements across all production lines.
- Production Manpower: Supervise, train, motivate, and allocate manpower effectively to achieve production targets.
- Raw Materials & Product Quality: Coordinate with Quality Dept to ensure products processed at production site comply with the quality standards.
- Production Equipment: Coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance to ensure machinery is functioning properly and downtime is minimized.
- Continuous Improvement & Cost Optimization: Drive waste reduction, productivity enhancements, and efficiency improvements using data‑driven insights
- Production Documentation: Produce production KPI reports, maintain regulatory documentation, and support internal/external audits.
- Cross‑Functional Communication: Work with supply chain, procurement, sales, logistics, and R&D teams to support production planning and product development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 8 years of experience as Production / Process Management role Food Manufacturing Industry.
- Knowledgeable in Food Processing Plant Operation & Optimization as well as familiar with Food Quality Systems requirements.
