Job Description:
Oversee the organization’s end‑to‑end production planning activities and overall management of the planning function.
Assess production requirements based on plant capacity, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations to address capacity shortages or surpluses as needed.
Take a proactive approach in anticipating potential issues, making informed decisions, leveraging opportunities, and mitigating risks at the earliest stage.
Lead weekly and monthly Master Production Schedule (MPS) meetings and prepare all required reports for management review.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve daily operational matters and ensure the department’s activities run efficiently and effectively.
Supervise and manage departmental staff, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Carry out any additional ad‑hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or other related business disciplines.
Minimum of 3 years of managerial-level experience, preferably within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and in a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end Supply Chain Management, supported by advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Able to adapt to changing priorities while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Capable of motivating individuals and teams to achieve or exceed performance expectations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience as an SAP key user and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
