Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web‑based sustainability and ESG platforms
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Data teams to understand ESG workflows and business requirements
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing to ensure end‑to‑end product quality
Validate data accuracy, calculations, and reports, particularly sustainability metrics such as emissions, energy usage, and supplier data
Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools, ensuring timely resolution
Support continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and documentation, while actively participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent hands‑on experience
2–5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer / Software Test Engineer in web‑based applications
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and quality best practices
Hands‑on experience in manual testing, including creating test cases, test plans, and test reports
Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps) and Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail
