Job Descriptions
Lead the Quality Department and ensure that all operations meet and exceed customer quality requirements.
Build and develop a strong Quality and Reliability organization through training, retention, and development.
Ensure compliance with QMS (ISO 9001) and customer-specific requirements and engages customers on quality issues (8D, PCAR, Audits and etc).
Lead and monitor product quality performance, prepare periodic reports, and oversee the generation and implementation of quality plans, procedures, and work instructions.
conducting failure analysis, driving corrective actions, and promoting continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality management role, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Proven experience in customer engagement, handling quality issues, implementing quality plans, and managing audits (e.g., 8D, PCAR).
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and develop a high-performing quality team.
