Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Business Studies, Logistics or related field.
2-5 years experience in shipping and logistics industry.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel and possesses own transport.
