JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Maintaining sales and purchasing.
- Preparing of Sales Budgets and Forecast.
- Co-ordinate of business activities.
- Responsible for overall quality system in material procurement and maintenance to meet the company quality objectives.
- Liaise closely with all staff concern to ensure all deliveries to meet on time.
- Perform on site troubleshooting, commissioning, testing and investigation.
- Follow up with bill collections to ensure proper credit control on goods supplied to customers.
- Oversee costing of goods sold to customers.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Oversee the purchasing of goods related to customers’ requirements.
- Conduct monthly stock check at the warehouse.
- Responsible for duties and functions as stipulated in the Quality Management
- Ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO9001;
- Ensure the processes are delivering their intended outputs;
- Report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management.
- Ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organizations;
- Ensure that the integrity of the quality management system are planned and implemented.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree / Diploma holder or equivalent qualification in the related field.
- Minimum 5 years working experience sales & engineer role
- Computer literate.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysia Customs regulations in the related industry.
- Willing to travel and possess own transportation.
- Able to work under stressful condition and is able to maintain consistent reporting of output on daily basis
