Job Responsibilities
Manage and increase business with existing customers by identifying their current and future service requirements.
Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers, planning, and conducting sales calls/visits.
Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to existing and prospective customers.
Collaborate with customers and the service team to meet customers’ specific needs and system requirements.
Conduct product training, demonstrations, and provide technical advice to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Job Requirements
Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to learn and on-the-job training provided.
Computer literate: MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.
Knowledge in AutoCAD drawing & design.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written. Literacy in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Must demonstrate a high level of initiative, team spirit, and follow-up skills, possess self-initiative, communication skills, and the ability to deal with all levels of people.
Possess a car driving license and be willing to travel to outstation.
