Job Responsibilities:
- Manage sales, purchasing, and company financing.
- Prepare sales budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate business activities.
- Maintain service quality.
- Plan and delegate assignments to staff.
- Formulate a staff development program.
- Liaise with all sections to ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow up on bill collections for proper credit control.
- Oversee costing of goods sold.
- Oversee purchasing of goods based on customer requirements.
- Identify and communicate environmental requirements.
- Stay informed about changes in legal and environmental requirements.
- Fulfill duties in the Quality Management System, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance, reporting system performance, and maintaining customer focus.
- Develop new business.
- Negotiate and close deals consistently.
- Recommend ways to improve work process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Approve purchase invoices.
- Approve official quotations to customers.
- Approve leave applications for subordinates.
- Authorized to halt activities, products, or services with a significant impact on the environment.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate.
- Proficiency in Japanese language preferred (written and spoken).
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Experience in staff control and supervision.
- Self-starter with leadership qualities.
- Understanding of customs regulations and forwarding terms.
- Willingness to travel and possess own transportation.
