JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for sales of surfactant ingredients to the personal care, home care and industrial portfolio
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and building as well as developing new clients
- Manage direct sales to producers and distributors
- Develop and implement sales plan to accomplish growth targets
- Promote and execute sales & marketing activities
- Liaise with customers on day-to-day basis
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in General Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry or equivalent
- At least 5-10 years of sales experience in surfactant industry
- Knowledge and experience in SLS, SLES, ethoxylates, etc will be preferable
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with people from all levels and good negotiator
- Self-starter, proactive and has initiative
- Dynamic, focused and resilient
- Willing to travel regionally
