JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To service existing customer as well as develop new customer accounts
- Maintain a good level of sales activity in line with management's policy
- Establish strong relationship with clients and prospects
- To lead & in charge the Department
- Forecast sales budgets and ensure the team achieved it
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry/ Science/ Sales & Marketing or any other discipline
- At least 6 year(s) of sales experience from the rubber industry, ideally from trading company
- Possess management skill and able to lead the team
- Sales proven track record
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
