A global manufacturing group specializing in high‑precision interconnect solutions and high‑reliability assemblies across industries such as automotive, data communications, industrial equipment, and consumer electronics is seeking a Senior Information Technology Project Manager. This role is responsible for leading and delivering critical IT initiatives that support global operations and digital transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating closely with cross‑functional teams across multiple regions. Success in this position requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage large‑scale technology projects in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
    Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables through collaboration with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage project budgets, optimize resources, and proactively address variances.
  • Identify project risks, establish mitigation plans, and maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project meetings to ensure clarity on expectations, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting milestones, metrics, issues, and recommendations.
  • Drive execution of complex IT programs such as ERP implementations, system integrations, infrastructure rollouts, and digital transformation initiatives.

 

Key Requirements & Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP certification is required.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing IT projects in a technology‑driven or manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 3 years leading large‑scale international IT projects (e.g., ERP deployments, global infrastructure rollouts, cross‑border system integrations).
  • Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc.).
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with experience guiding cross‑functional teams to successful outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience in the IT & Services or high‑tech manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
