JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Conduct credit risk assessments for Corporate applications, providing recommendations to support sound credit decisions and protect asset quality.
Ensure compliance with the Bank’s credit policies, regulatory requirements, and guidelines while balancing business growth and risk management.
Collaborate with Branches to identify and mitigate credit risks, offering guidance on credit structuring and risk strategies.
Provide coaching to enhance credit quality and risk awareness, and act as a key reference point for credit-related matters.
Support improvements to the Bank’s credit and risk management infrastructure, including policy updates, process enhancements, and system upgrades.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting or related field
AICB credit certifications (CCE, BCP) will be added advantage.
Minimum 8 – 10 years of corporate banking credit analysis/ credit evaluation experience in financial services industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with stakeholder and top management.
