JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead trial production planning, conduct risk assessments, verify process parameters, and ensure readiness of equipment, tooling, and materials before production.
- Oversee trial production, follow APQP processes, ensure first-article verification, optimize production efficiency, and maintain key quality metrics.
- Detect design defects and process bottlenecks, optimize parameters through experiments (DOE).
- Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and R&D teams, establish rapid response mechanisms, and ensure smooth material turnover and trial production cycle adherence.
- Lead product conversion acceptance, generate manufacturability reports, propose design optimizations, and standardize production manuals to enhance future efficiency.
Implement corrective actions, improve tooling complexity, streamline processes, and support enhanced production efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or equivalent.
- Have at least 5 years of experience as NPI / Product Launching role in Manufacturing Industry, experience in Automotive Industry would be added advantage.
- Experience in coordinating Production Trial Run and Ramp Up for Mass Production.
