JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To monitor overall product quality from raw material, production processes to finished product.
- To oversee quality supervisors and inspectors to ensure good quality products as per customer requirement.
- To handle customer complaint investigations and propose relevant corrective actions.
- To execute and ensure the proper implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) as well as recommending appropriate Continuous Quality Improvement strategies from time to time.
- To participate in customers’ audits as well as third party certification audits (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL etc.).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology or equivalent.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control roles in Food Manufacturing industry.
- Knowledgeable in Food Quality Standards and Quality Management System.
