JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Being responsible to the sales planning, resources planning, sales forecast, pricing, costing and etc
- Sales reporting (weekly, monthly, quareterly and annually)
- Drive improvement
- Provide sales coaching and training
- Additional tasks required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Master in Engineering or Business Management
- At least 8 years of experience in managing a sales team
- Good experience in semicon industry, additional exposure would be a plus
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Cost cautious and practises Six Sigma, drive continuous improvement
- Critical thinker and good sales planning
- Exposure to ERP, SAP, Sales Force system
- Flexible and willing to travel on business requirement
- Good in both written and verbal (English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu)
