You will be a key part of helping the business to identify challenges to growth as it expands market share in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
Job Descriptions
- Leads test program development and optimization activities for analog and mixed signal power management semiconductor components.
- Works closely with Design and NPI teams to define test methods and develop test solutions for new products (software and hardware).
- Be the point-of-contact and coordinator of all test engineering activities at OSATs. Works closely with OSAT teams to ensure smooth deployment of high quality, efficient and cost-effective probe and test solutions into manufacturing
- Travel to OSATs to support NPI, product sustaining and efficiency improvement activities as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor/master’s degree in electrical/Electronic/Computer/Mechatronics engineering.
- Good understanding of semiconductor components and testing methods.
- Experience in C++ programming and computer hardware.
- 8-10 years working experience in a semiconductor test environment.
- ETS88 and ASL1000 test development experience an added advantage.
- Enjoys the challenge of hands-on, data driven technical problem solving opportunities.
- Possess strong leadership and management skills.
- Strong communicator and willing to travel to OSATs overseas as needed.
