JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage Product/ Process Engineering and Industrial Engineering to support the following functions
ECN accurate generation and timely implementation
Control Plan and FMEA generation and updating
Manufacturing Process Flow and Work Instruction development
Routing Setting and Routing Operations & Accuracy
Cycle Time / Productivity improvement
Factory floor layout and optimization
Support NPI engineering activities to ensure successful volume ramp up.
Prepare and manage the department budget (finance and headcount)
Consolidate and develop skill resources through staff training and management skills development.
Responsible for the improvement and maintenance of corporate Engineering SOPs. To coordinate all required Technical Disciplines
To act as a Consultant in order to solve Manufacturing Issues
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree or diploma in Electronics or Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
At least 10 years of working experience with minimum 5 years' experience in managerial capacity in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership qualities and able to lead engineering team drive for success.
Familiar with 6-Sigma, LEAN and Problem-Solving concepts and methodologies
Familiar with project management
Possess test development experience (EEM & EMM)
