JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
- Company Business Natural: Food Packaging Solution
- To overseeing overall supply chain function, which includes procurement, material planning, warehouse management, and logistics.
- Develop strategy for material sourcing and purchasing and work closely with the regional team to implement internal initiatives and group strategies.
- Evaluate, select, and onboard new suppliers.
- Develop cost reduction strategy to meet competitive costs and maximize margin for all purchases.
- Negotiate with suppliers to meet the requirements of pricing, quantity, quality, and other commercial terms.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure meeting the requirements of demand and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare monthly reports that relate to procurement, warehouse, and inventory.
- Ensure the work and documents of the team conform to ISO 9001.
- Drive the team to meet the KPIs defined by management.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Preferably Degree with 5-8 years experience in supply chain, procurement and purchasing functions.
- Experience with Custom, MITI, MIDA, LMW requirements.
- Experience in ISO requirements.
- Experience in SAP/ERP.
