The company serves both local and international markets, focusing on high-performance products through its Solid Compounds Product Division, supported by a dedicated Technical Center for research and development.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute lab-scale polymer extrusion and injection molding processes.
Conduct laboratory analyses including FTIR, DSC, TGA, EDX, and related techniques.
Perform mechanical property testing such as tensile and flexural strength evaluations.
Troubleshoot polymer compounding production processes and provide technical support.
Lead and assist in product and process development projects.
Deliver technical support to customers, both locally and internationally.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Japanese is an added advantage.
Demonstrates initiative, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
A team player with a proactive attitude toward acquiring new knowledge.
Open to fresh graduates; experienced candidates in related fields are also encouraged to apply.
Willingness to work in Seberang Prai, Penang, and travel overseas as required.
