The company serves both local and international markets, focusing on high-performance products through its Solid Compounds Product Division, supported by a dedicated Technical Center for research and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute lab-scale polymer extrusion and injection molding processes.
- Conduct laboratory analyses including FTIR, DSC, TGA, EDX, and related techniques.
- Perform mechanical property testing such as tensile and flexural strength evaluations.
- Troubleshoot polymer compounding production processes and provide technical support.
- Lead and assist in product and process development projects.
- Deliver technical support to customers, both locally and internationally.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Japanese is an added advantage.
- Demonstrates initiative, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
- A team player with a proactive attitude toward acquiring new knowledge.
- Open to fresh graduates; experienced candidates in related fields are also encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work in Seberang Prai, Penang, and travel overseas as required.
