A well-known food supply chain company is now seeking for Warehouse Manager. This role involves ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe warehouse activities to support the company’s FMCG supply chain operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while ensuring timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate stock levels through regular counts, minimize discrepancies, and coordinate with procurement and sales for replenishment.
- Improve warehouse layout, workflows, and system accuracy to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, and conduct regular safety briefings.
- Supervise and train staff, manage schedules, and prepare performance reports while coordinating with other departments.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in FMCG or trading environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
