JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote new technologies and product such as IoT and Factory Automation.
- Work closely with the sales/marketing team focusing on driving demand creation business
- Good knowledge on new market trend and with acute business sense to maximize design-win share
- Pre-Sales work:
- Present products to customers, discuss with customers to clearly understand their needs
- Design in products to customers’ projects
- Assume a technical consultant role to sales and customers
- Continuously update new products information to customers to create a need
- Ability to solve field application technical issues to gain market share
- Post-Sales work:
- Work closely with customers and engineering team for troubleshooting technical and approval issues
- Conduct technical seminars for customers for product updates and exchange of ideas
