Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the team member & Front Office
- To support Front office to update and manage the customer profile in the database
- To assist Front office to onboard the customer and customer due diligence processing
- To support Front office to prepare Facility Agreement and establish the facility line
- To be flexible in undertaking any other special tasks/ projects or assignment that may be assigned accordingly by Department Head.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- 2-3 years and above related working experience in banking industry is required
- Experience with Office Management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) and Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Organization Skills with a Problem -Solving attitude
- Excellent personal organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to work and meet tight deadline
- Ability to multitask
- Prefer someone who has good communication skills as Candidate is required to liaise with customer frequently
