The client:
The client is the integrated retail and corporate banking unit of the largest bank in the third largest financial services company in Japan, with total assets of approximately $1.8 trillion in 2017. The client is one of the three so-called Japanese "megabanks".

Job Description
  • Provide administrative support to the team member & Front Office
  • To support Front office to update and manage the customer profile in the database
  • To assist Front office to onboard the customer and customer due diligence processing
  • To support Front office to prepare Facility Agreement and establish the facility line
  • To be flexible in undertaking any other special tasks/ projects or assignment that may be assigned accordingly by Department Head.
Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
  • 2-3 years and above related working experience in banking industry is required
  • Experience with Office Management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) and Power Point
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Organization Skills with a Problem -Solving attitude
  • Excellent personal organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to work and meet tight deadline
  • Ability to multitask
  • Prefer someone who has good communication skills as Candidate is required to liaise with customer frequently
