JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- General administration work.
- Communication with Headquarter in Japan, banks, consultant firms, suppliers and clients.
- Accounting support (Actual accounting is done by consultant firm).
- Logistic support (including invoicing documentation).
- Sales support.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Willing to learn new things.
- Independent and problem solving skills.
- Well verse in MS Office, especially Excel & Power Point.
