Our client is a leading Japanese supplier of ignition products. They are now seeking an experienced individual for the position of After Market Assistant Sales Executive/ Sales Executive (focused on existing distributor, dealers and aftermarket products).

Job Responsibilities
Manage and support aftermarket distributors and dealers to ensure strong sales performance and effective product penetration in assigned territories.
Conduct regular market visits to understand market dynamics, competitor activities, and point-of-sales trends.
Develop and implement aftermarket sales campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
Build and maintain close relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers to ensure long-term business collaboration.
Monitor distributor stock levels and plan replenishment activities to avoid shortages and overstock situations
Analyze sales performance and provide timely reports on sales achievement, market feedback, and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with marketing, technical, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Identify new sales opportunities and recommend strategies to improve market share and product visibility.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
1–3 years of sales experience in automotive aftermarket or related industries preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage distributor relationships.
Good analytical and reporting skills; able to use data to drive decision-making.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel within assigned regions.
Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales will be considered
