Producer and distributor of household and hygiene products is looking for Assistant Factory Manager
to execute direction, strategy, planning, and delivery of the manufacturing activities

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the factory: production (processing & packaging) QA/QC, engineering, SHE, warehousing and planning
- Drive continuous improvement of the productivity using OEE and other best practice measurements
- Coordinate production activities with other functional groups such as finance, sales and marketing as well as others
- Forecast operating costs of the department and direct preparation of budget request
- Manage approved budgets with an eye to spend below by controlling cost, wastages and other inefficiencies
- Ensure all manufactured products are made in accordance with regulatory, prescribed Process Descriptions and Quality Management System (QMS)
- Establish and adhere to a production plan and schedule and to keep OPEX and CAPEX on yearly budget. Agile to the change of business environment and adjust Opex or Capex accordingly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering related discipline
- At least 8 years of working experience in production in a leadership position, preferable from FMCG industry
- Strong analytical skill, Microsoft Excel, Power Point and SAP tool
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and rapid changing environment
- Independent, self-starter and results-oriented
