JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures, including risk management frameworks and incident response plans.
  •  Supports the stakeholders in understanding and applying IT risks, security best practices and processes framework.
  •  Monitor and analyze network traffic and system logs to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
  •  Leads analysis, develops and generates KRIs/KPIs, validates compliance and develops action plans.
  • Assists in the creation and maintenance of the information security risk register, audit requests & recommendations.
  • Conducts Vendor, Systems Risk & Cyber Security assessments;
  • Conduct Information security training, education & awareness campaigns.
  • Lead and assist in preparation of IT security and compliance report.
  • Work together with IT Managers and others members to ensure risk and compliance issues are identified, defined, communicated, and addressed.
  • Work with auditors to ensure that IT systems are compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, and develop and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Conducts and reviews business impact analysis, implements and coordinates disaster recovery planning and disaster recovery.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess at least a professional certificate / diploma / degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in technology risk management, information security, or related fields, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to lead and coordinate technology risk management initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to technology risk management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with users at all levels.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
