Job Responsibilities
- Prepare the annual brand plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Strategize branding and marketing initiatives for overall brands and campaigns.
- Plan and oversee the execution of offline marketing strategies, evaluating them with the intent to optimize performance.
- Plan, monitor and manage the brand's expenditure, particularly in advertising and promotion (A&P).
- Conceptualize the brand's digital direction and create campaigns for various platforms, including the webpage, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XSH.
- Liaise with the Regulatory Affairs department to check on KKLIU submission and ensure compliance with advertisement regulations.
- Source and collaborate closely with digital agencies to execute the brand's plans, set up ads within the desired timeline, target the right audience, and stay within the budget.
- Provide product training, updates, and handle Q&A sessions, including organizing kick-off meetings, mid-year meetings, new staff training, and quarterly CLP meetings throughout Malaysia.
Requirements
- Degree in Science related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experiences as product/project manager in pharmaceutical industry.
- Preferably with the prior experience in handling innovator drugs.
- Team oriented and self-motivated.
