JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build a strong working relationship with new and existing clients.
- Proactively promote the company’s products and services.
- Continuously Improve client retention strategies.
- Support clients via live chat, telephone and email.
- Stay updated with the market information to provide the most recent and relevant information to the clients.
- Translation of the website and other client content.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English preferred as required to interact with customers.
- Spouse visa is preferred/Can proceed EP but no relocation package.
- Having 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (Forex and CFD industry is preferred but not compulsory)
