They have emerged as a leading name in propelling the current wave of digital transformation initiatives, with deep domain expertise across BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, and Government sectors to drive digital transformation, driven by several emerging technologies, be it Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low-code Development, Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing or Machine Learning (ML).
 
They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development expert (b2b) to join their team and drive sales growth in the Malaysia region. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, establishing strong relationships, and achieving targets. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proven track record in sales.
 
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Prospect for business opportunities in Malaysia through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings' value.
  • Manage leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop effective sales strategies, nurture customer relationships, and collaborate with teams for smooth onboarding and support.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
JOB REQUIRMENTS 
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of the Malaysian market and business landscape.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
