Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our client mobility sector. The role involves driving the development, implementation, and management of diverse mobility projects across automobile, shipping, aircraft, spare parts, and railway sectors. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of financial expertise, project management skills, and a proactive approach to innovation, fostering growth from Malaysia to an international scale.

You will be responsible for:
  • Focus: Engaging in Business Growth (including Project Advancement), Execution, and Asset Oversight.
  • Tasked with advancing, establishing, and executing mobility-related ventures (such as automobiles, shipping, aircraft, space, and railways) within Malaysia and internationally.
  • Developing well-structured project financing arrangements in collaboration with viable banking systems.
  • Managing the preparation of tenders, including documentation and internal approval protocols.
  • Cultivating and strengthening connections with vital clientele and strategic associates both in Malaysia and abroad.
You are required to have:
  • Applicants should hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in economics or its equivalent.
  • Strong academic performance, achieving a Second-Class Upper division (CGPA 3.00) or higher.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of practical experience within the Infrastructure and Mobility domains or a closely related field.
  • Proficiency in Project Finance Arrangement knowledge. (i.e. sukuk)
  • Capable of managing financial models (Creation, Modification, Evaluation) and crafting tender documentation.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to timely and high-quality PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycles, including reporting, development, problem -solving, proposing solutions, seeking advice, and taking appropriate action.
