JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information and carry out improvements plan to overcome the setbacks
- Led process improvement initiatives to identify and eliminate waste and non-value-added works
- Investigate and identifying any bottleneck in the process chains and propose capacity expansion or improvement plan
- Study, identify and execute improvement opportunity to improve the line performance and quality standard
- Continue to identify the Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities and execute the plan to deliver the objective
- Delivers the various source of manufacturing data to identify problem areas and assist the plant in the problem-solving process to meet the company objectives.
- Execute and monitor the improvement project and liaise with respective department to achieve the project objectives
- Sustain the improvement action plan and consolidate the project into report
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Industrial/ others related Engineering disciplinary
- 3-5 years working experience in Process/Continues Improvement, preferable from food or beverage industry
- Strong background in fundamental industrial engineering techniques
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Good Knowledge & deep understanding of TPM, Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Malaysian only
