JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take the lead and responsibility to promote data centre facility solutions products and integration services such as power supply, cooling and digital integration management solutions through effective customer engagements.
- Identify key clients and market trends and develop sales strategies to capture new sales opportunities effectively.
- Take the lead and participate in RFI/RFP for Data Centre projects by guiding clients to initiate projects, developing bidding documents, technical proposal and quotation, planning data centre solution products, replying SOCs, and other related bidding documents.
- Contribute to the resolution of major issues such as solution strategy, customer understanding, competition, profitability, and deliverability.
- Be responsible for customer clarification/negotiation, and be responsible for the overall project progress, document quality, solution competitiveness, and contract quality.
- Responsible to perform the speaker at industry conference and forums.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications or Computer Science is preferable
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Asia Pacific Data Centre Facility mainly providing solution sales within M&E systems or HVAC solutions
- Deep understanding of Data Center Architecture and products such as UPS, CRAC, DCIM, ICT Equipments etc.
- Familiar with Asia Pacific regional Data Center business eco-system including customers, consultants, channels, M&E partners.
- Understand the processes, supporting technologies, and business models of data centre external operations, such as web-hosting and co-location.
- This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur and required to travel Overseas for business trips.
