Job Responsibilities:

Localize and execute the media strategy for B2C

Manage media agencies to ensure proper and on-time delivery

Translate campaign planning, channel initiatives, and business objectives into a clear acquisition strategy.

Increase quality traffic and audience on our database

Coordinate with Digital Marketing Manager to ensure seamless user experience from call-to-action (CTA) to landing pages and optimized conversion rate.

Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.

Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts/campaigns (ROI & KPI).

Acquire insights on online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.

Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.

Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.

Analyse various data to deliver data-driven strategies and achieve KPIs.

Forecast, track and report key store metrics of each E-Commerce platform, identify improvement areas to increase sales.

Implement e-commerce strategy (SEO, SEM, Mobile Advertising, YouTube, Social Media) to improve website performance and meet E-Commerce revenue targets.
Job Requirements:

Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or relevant field from a recognised university

At least 3 - 4 years of working experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role

Capable of running a PDCA cycle

Sensitive to new trends/case studies and is capable of providing new ideas

Possess the ability to work under pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment

Capable of managing ad hoc projects and overtime works when required.
