COMPANY OVERVIEW
Leading provider of end to end data centre infrastructure solutions is seeking a ELVTechnical Engineer to join the team. This role involves troubleshoot, resolve issues related to electrical systems in the data centre, Install, test, and commission electrical systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure all electrical equipment operates safely, reliably, and without interruption.
Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical issues and breakdowns, including providing on‑call and emergency support when required.
Assist with generator testing, power outages, load testing, and electrical switching to ensure uninterrupted data centre operations.
Handle installation and commissioning of systems such as UPS, power distribution units, monitoring systems, and related electrical infrastructure.
Update service reports, maintenance documentation, and system records to support compliance and operational standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant professional certification.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field. Experience involved in preventive, predictive maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, and manning.
Familiar with IT systems such as servers, networks, storage, databases, or cloud technologies.
Able to propose and implement effective solutions to resolve technical and operational issues.
Demonstrates a positive, proactive, and results‑driven attitude, with the ability to think critically, collaborate effectively as a team player, and work independently with minimal supervision.
