JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Oversee schedule PM activity.
- Troubleshoot equipment related problems including modification.
- Resolve, follow up and guide technicians for troubleshooting equipment and implementation of corrective and effective preventive maintenance.
- Guide shift tech in daily activities.
- Participate in RCA, MRB, 8D and all discussions related to equipment issues.
- Ensure all production machines are functioning at optimum efficiency to eliminate downtime.
- Ensure spare parts and other facilities sufficient for daily task
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering
- 3-5 years of working experience in electronics, electrical, mechanical, and hands-on equipment experience.
- Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills up to components level.
- Independent, team player, result-oriented and able to work under tight schedule and challenging work condition.
- Capability to identify problems and resolve them in effective way.
