1. Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, daily maintenance and troubleshooting
2. Modify and upgrade equipment to improve production efficiency and reduce costs
3. Develop equipment management system and standard operating procedures
4. Train and guide equipment operators to ensure they can operate the equipment correctly and safely
5. Monitor and analyze equipment operation data, discover potential problems in a timely manner and take measures to solve them
6. Coordinate with the production department, quality department and other relevant departments to ensure the normal operation of equipment and the smooth operation of production plan.
7. Develop equipment procurement plans and participate in the equipment selection and procurement process

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in machinery, electrical, automation and other related majors will be given priority
2. Have more than 8 years of experience in equipment management or equipment engineering, and be familiar with the equipment management and maintenance requirements of manufacturing companies
3. Be familiar with the principles and performance characteristics of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and other equipment, and be able to perform operations based on the performance characteristics of the equipment.
Reasonable selection and use
4. Have strong fault diagnosis and troubleshooting capabilities and be able to promptly solve various problems that arise during equipment operation.
5. Familiar with the work processes and specifications of relevant industries, and have strong on-site problem-solving abilities
6. Have good communication and coordination skills and be able to collaborate well with various departments
